intrest.co is a manual curation catalog. all curated references (podcasts, articles, documentaries, books) remain the sole intellectual property of their original creators and publishers. our platform is provided "as is" for discovery purposes.

01 / user accounts
- **account security**: when you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. you agree to notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
- **age requirements**: the platform is designed for adult readers. you must be at least 13 years of age (or older depending on regional regulations) to create an account.
02 / intellectual property
- **curated references**: we link directly to original media creators (spotify, apple podcasts, youtube, personal domains). we do not host the original audio files or article body content.
- **curation descriptions**: the custom written introductions, summaries, and reviews on intrest.co are property of intrest.co and cannot be duplicated without credit.
03 / billing & pro memberships
- **recurring support**: pro memberships are voluntary subscriptions ($5/month) billed in advance through stripe. you can cancel recurring subscription payments anytime inside your `/library` profile portal.
- **refund policies**: memberships are supportive contributions. if you experience any issue or request a refund, please reach out to **billing@intrest.co**.

intrest.co is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. we do not guarantee uninterrupted service, nor do we assume liability for any mistakes, inaccuracies, or losses resulting from your reliance on curated information or external links.
